July 2016 Update: Back to Work!

July 2016 Update: Back to Work! published on 24 Comments on July 2016 Update: Back to Work!
Hello, everyone! I’d like to thank everyone who followed what happened over the past month. To those who didn’t get the news on Twitter/Tumblr, back in mid-June I suffered from a herniated disc in my lower spine that completely cut off my capabilities to draw or work on the computer. I finally have managed to recover from it, so Whitney and I are now back to producing both Peter & Company and Peter & Whitney once again, resuming our bi-weekly update schedule for each. In other good news, my period of unemployment has officially ended as of this week as well! I’ll be working Monday-Wednesday for the time being (until they have more hours for me — ultimately I hope to be bumped up to full-time before long), so the stream schedule will consist of the following, starting Sunday, July 24 (all times EST): Sundays @8pm: Penciling the following week’s comic page (switching between P&C and P&W each week) Wednesdays @8pm: Whitney Wednesdays! Whitney takes control of the stream to color the upcoming page. Thursdays and Fridays @2pm: Working on Whitney Cosplays (until they’re all finished) Stream page: http://peterandcompany.tigerdile.com The times above are subject to change depending on various things (Whitney’s work schedule can fluctuate), so to be notified whenever the stream goes live, follow us on Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/jonponikvar

I’m digging Kibbles new outfit, she looks great in blue, actually she’d look great in anything

I can’t help but feel that Claire heard Sesame and Mason speaking about her in the first panel and is getting a slight chuckle out of the whole thing.

But back on topic here, Mason has a contract with his uncle? Like some sort of servant contract or those human debris contracts from Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. Man, that’s one way to keep business and family separate. That’s for darn certain. I must say that I’m rather intrigued with Kibbles’ newest outfit design. It sort of reminds me of an elongated scarf tie for women that is all the rage as of late in the fashion world. As for Farron, I can’t help but feel that he’s going to use some kind of magic or tools to get this all fixed. I’m not at all surprised that Mason is actually going to be the bigger man and apologize to Farron. It’s in his nature after all, but man does he need some confidence.

I can’t tell if Farron is really afraid of Mason or if he is really jumpy in the morning. In either case, I have to give it to Farron that he is the master of the accepting responsibility and insulting his new teammates in a very long and winded speech.
